Băgăm tava la cuptor până când cartofii rumenesc. Între timp, curăţăm morcovul,ceapa şi ţelina, le dăm pe răzătoare şi le călim.Adăugăm &amp;nbsp;peste legumele călite cimbrul, pasta de roşii &amp;nbsp;şi piperul.Adăugăm un pic de apă şi lăsăm la fiert. Separat, într-un bol amestecăm ouălele crude cu smântâna , lapte şi sare.Ungem tava cu unt şi punem un strat de cartofi , tăiem ouălele fierte şi le tăiem rondele şi punem peste cartofi , caşcavalul ras îl presărăm pe deasupra şi turnăm şi compoziţia din ouă crude. Ceapa o tocăm mărunt şi o punem la călit iar devine aurie adăugăm prazul şi lăsăm să se înăbuşe . Adăugăm condimentele, măslinele şi lăsăm la fierbere 20 de minute. Se căleşte ceapa şi ardeiul gras , adăugăm mazărea şi supa obţinută din fierberea aripioarelor ( să acopere mazărea) şi lăsăm la fiert. Între timp călim roşiile tăiate ,iar când mazărea este fiartă adăugăm roşiile călite, aripioarele, piper, mărar şi frunzele de dafin. Lăsăm să fiarbă câteva minute şi e gata mâncarea.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; line-height: 18px;"&gt;Ceapa şi usturoiul le călim în ulei , adăugăm orezul fiert şi continuăm călirea la foc mic până ce orezul devine transparent. Adăugăm supa şi &amp;nbsp;şofranul , lăsăm să fiarbă 10 minute iar dovleceii se călesc separat şi se amestecă cu orezul.Adăugăm mazărea, fasolea şi le condimentăm după gust. Astfel:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 crap ( maxim 1,5 kg )&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tijă de ţelină &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;600 g roşii cherry&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 cepe&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 linguri ulei&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 ceaşcă&amp;nbsp; cu vin alb&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 lămâie &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sare&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;piper&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;pătrunjel verde&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;mărar verde&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Curăţăm peştele , spălăm în interior şi exterior cu sare, piper, zeammă de lămâie şi îl ungem cu puţin ulei.Se aşează în tava de copt , aşezăm de-a lungul peştelui ţelina şi roşiile . Turnăm vinul şi restul de ulei şi lăsăm la cuptor. Avem nevoie de următoarele ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;1 kg cartofi&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;75 g unt&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;150 ml lapte&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;30 g sare&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;200 g costiţă afumată&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;50 g usturoi&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;piper&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;mărar.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Se spală cartofii, se pun la fiert cu coajă iar după ce s-au fiert îi curăţăm şi îi tăiem rondele.Separat facem sosul din lapte, făină, unt. Curăţăm usturoiul şi îl pisăm cu restul de unt. Tapetăm tava cu unt şi punem un rând de cartofi , unul de costiţă iar pe deasupra punem sosul alb. Astăzi propun o reţetă de "Piept de pui cu legume şi caşcaval la cuptor". Ingredientele de care avem nevoie sunt:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 kg piept de pui&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;125 g caşcaval&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;6 ciuperci &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 ardei gras roşu&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 ardei gras galben&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 ardei gras verdeă&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;măsline negre&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 linguri sos de roşii&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sare&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;piper&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;oregano&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 gălbenuş de ouă&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Se prepară astfel:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;Se taie pieptul de pui în felii, se presară sare şi piper şi sos de roşii ( bulion) şi se rade caşcaval pe toată suprafaţa . Amestecăm gălbenuşul şi ciupercile tăiate julien&amp;nbsp; , ardeii tăiaţi solzişori şi măslinele tăiate în două. Astfel pentru aluat avem nevoie:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;300 g făină&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 ouă&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;275 ml lapte&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 linguri cu unt topit&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 linguri cacao&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sare&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;ulei&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Pentru umplutură trebuie să avem:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;400 g cremă de brânză&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;250 ml frişcă lichidă&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 linguri cu zahăr pudră&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 plicuri cu zahăr vanilat&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 mango&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Se amestecă ouălele , făina şi cacaua pentru a face clătitele şi se subţiază compoziţia cu lapte şi apă.La final adăugăm untul, sare şi zahăr vanilat.Se unde o tigaie cu ulei şi se fac clătitele.Se bate frişca lichidă şi se adagă împreună cu crema de brânză frecată cu vanilia şi zahărul pudră. Se curăţă fructele de coajă şi se taie fâşii . Avem nevoie de:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 cutii de fasole roşie&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;500 g carne tocată de vită&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 ceapă&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 linguri cu ulei&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;6 roşii coapte&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 ardei graşi verzi&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 ardei graşi roşu&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 foaie de dafin&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 vârf de coriandru uscat&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sare&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Se scurge fasolea şi de dă printr-un jet de apă apoi o lăsăm iar la scurs. Se pune uleiul la încins şi se căleşteceapa tăiată solzişori până devine sticloasă iar apoi adăugăm carnea tocană şi călim până i se schimbă culoarea.Adăugăm la călit ardeii graşi şi roşiile tăiate cubuleţe. Se pregăteşte rapid, se mănâncă uşor şi are un gust foarte bun. Avem nevoie de :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;6 fileuri de pangasius&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;300 g orez&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 fire de praz&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 ou&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 lămâie&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 linguri ulei de măsline&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sare&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;piper&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Se fierbe orezul ales şi spălat într-un litru de apă cu sare timp de 15 minute.Uleiul se pune în tava de copt, aşezăm rondelele de praz şi presărăm sare pe deasupra iar apoi aşezăm fileurile de peşte peste praz. Se toarnă orezul peste peşte iar pe deasupra se întinde un ou bătut cu&amp;nbsp; lingură zeamă de lămâie. Caliti ceapa in 4 linguri de unt, adaugati picioarele de ciuperci tocate, spanacul taiat marunt si amestecati. Peste cateva minute adaugati rosiile taiate marunt, cascavalul taiat cubulete si condimentati cu sare, piper si mai amestecati cateva minute. Umpleti ciupercile cu amestecul preparat, puneti cate putin din untul ramas si pemet pe fiecare ciuperca si asezati-le intr-o tava unsa. Prăjiţi amestecul timp de 4-5 minute, scuturând cratita din  când în când. Dupa ce vinetele s-au rumenit, adăugaţi ceapa, usturoiul,  pătrunjelul şi mai prăjiţi încă câteva minute. Apoi adăugaţi caperele,  măslinele şi oţetul. Se ia bolul de pe foc şi adăugăm zahărul, vanilia amestecând cu ouălele, făina şi sarea, Se adaugă fulgii de ciocolată albă şi ciocolata cu lapte iar apoi se coace în cuptor timp de 35-40 minute . Se iau la o parte şi se prăjesc câteva minute cârnăciorii. Se adaugă  ciupercile, roşiile şi se mai lasă 2-3 minute. Peste această compoziţie  se toarnă ouăle bătute, se asezonează si se prăjesc 8-10 minute. Pieptul se pul îl tăiem fâşii şi îl punem la marinat în sosul de soia la rece. Ciupercile le curăţăm , spălăm şi feliem , ardeiul îl tăiem cubuleţe şi ceapa rondele iar apoi&amp;nbsp; scurgem carnea de pui din sosul de soia şi prăjim în ulei vreo 5 minute iar apoi scoaptem carnea şi p păstrăm caldă. Punem legumele la călit în acelaşi ulei aromat. Adaugăm ouălele şi făina şi amestecăm bine până ce amestecul  devine omogen. Condimentăm cu sare şi piper şi amestecăm&amp;nbsp; caşcavalul ras în compoziţia cu cartofi. Se amestecă crema de brânză&amp;nbsp; cu zahărul, apoi cu smântănă&amp;nbsp; şi cu brânza&amp;nbsp;  de vaci, iar amestecul se aşează&amp;nbsp; peste pişcoturi, presând uşor. Nu doar sarea şi piperul fac mâncarea gustoasă ci şi alte condimente.&amp;nbsp; Aşa că&amp;nbsp; va urma o lista cu ce nu trebuie să vă lipsească din bucătărie:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;Oregano pentru fripturi, cartofi la cuptor, tocăniţe , etc este condimentul care schimbă în totalitate gustul şi este recomandat. Măcinat şi aromat îl găsim în magazine.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Rozmarin ( proaspăt sau măcinat ) are un miros aparte şi un gust la fel. Friptura la cuptor cu rozmarin este perfectă.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tarhon ( plantă cunoscută mai ales în zona de Ardeal) este o planta frumos şi puternic mirositoare folosită mai ales pentru ciorbe. Schimbă gustul complet şi dă alt aspect ciorbei.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Usturoiul ( praf sau solid) este ingredientul care te scoate din orice situaţie.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Hreanul este cel mai tare condiment pe care l-am văzut. Are un miros puternic pus lângă un rasol sau peşte face meniul pefect.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Scorţisoara este minunea pe care o putem folosi. Curăţaţi&amp;nbsp; ceapa şi o tăiaţi în 4, curăţaţi&amp;nbsp; morcovul şi ţelina şi le tocaţi cubuleţe. Adăugati toate acestea peste carnea de pui, împreună cu  1/2 linguriţă de sare, 4-6 boabe de piper, 2 foi de dafin şi&amp;nbsp; 1/2  linguriţă&amp;nbsp; de cimbru şi le lăsaţi la fiert acoperit aproximativ 1 oră.&amp;nbsp;  După ce carnea este fiartă, o scoateţi&amp;nbsp; şi o lăsaţi să se răcească. Se pune intr-un castron impreuna cu sosul de soia, vinul de orez, amidonul si zaharul. Se amesteca bine, se acopera si se lasa la marinat in jur de 30 de minute.ntr-o tigaie se incinge o lingura de ulei si se prajeste carnea 3–5 minute la foc mare. &lt;br /&gt;Cand este gata se da la o parte din tigaie si se pastreaza cald. Se pune la incins cealalta lingura de ulei in aceeasi tigaie. Se piseaza usturoiul si ghimbirul, se pun in uleiul incins si se amesteca 1 minut.&lt;br /&gt;Se adauga apoi legumele si apa si se prajesc 5 minute. Îţi poţi pune tu ce vrei în ea, îţi poţi face blatul şi astfel vei avea ceea ce îţi doreşti.Am făcut într-o oră şi jumătate ( cu tot cu coacere) o pizza aşa cum am vrut eu şi cu ce am avut pe moment în casă. Astfel:&lt;br /&gt;Blatul:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;o cană de apă, sare, o lingură şi jumătate de ulei , 2 linguri de lapte făină cât cuprinde&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Le-am pus pe toate într-un bol, le-am amestecat până s-a format un aluat pe care l-am băgat la frigider 40 de minute. Am pus deasupra: şuncă, cârnaţi , brânză, ciuperci, roşii , caşcaval şi le-am băgat la cuptor. Cuptor era încălzit la temperatura de 70 grade. Apoi am pus in tigaie putin ulei si le-am pus la rumenit. Intre timp   tortellini fierbea intr-o oala si am stins focul si le-am pus la scurs. .  Lasam  in tigaie maxim 7 minute ingredientele si dupa ce s-au rumenit  bine le  adaugam peste tortellini. Se toarnă în tavă şi deasupra se adaugă fructe. Se lasă la  cuptor până aluatul se coace şi după aceea se scoate, se pudrează cu  zahăr şi se lasă la răcit.
